Shipping/Return Policies
Pick-Up Order Policies
The Million Mile Sprinter team is dedicated to processing returns in a timely and efficient manner. However, please be aware of the following policy: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Installed parts are not eligible for return. Electronic and/or fuel related parts must be returned to Million Mile Sprinter HQ for inspection and verification that the part was not used. Return approval for these parts is at the discretion of the Million Mile Sprinter Team.
At Million Mile Sprinter, we offer the option of pick-up orders for customers who would like to purchase products online and pick them up at our headquarters. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place a pick-up order: Select "Pick-Up at Million Mile Sprinter HQ" during the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Text the word "PICKUP" along with your order number to coordinate a time for pickup. Our team will respond with the available pick-up times, and you can choose the one that works best for you. Once you have confirmed the pick-up time, you can proceed to pick up your order at Million Mile Sprinter HQ.

Million Mile Sprinter is not responsible for any labor costs incurred in the installation or removal of any part. All parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Million Mile Sprinter is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of any part.
Million Mile Sprinter knows that there may be factors that can delay your order. These can include supply chain disruptions, delays from third-party vendors, and other unexpected issues. The MMS Team will make every effort to inform you of any known delays, but please note that these situations are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
When you place an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that shipping delays and, in rare cases, order cancellations may occur and that Million Mile Sprinter will not be held responsible. Additionally, any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address, failed deliveries, or other reasons will be the customer's responsibility. In such cases the customer needs to bear the cost of re-shipping.
